How do I book a stall?

Browse available stalls through our "Browse Stalls" page, select the stall you're interested in, choose your dates, and follow the booking process. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking through your account dashboard. Go to "My Bookings," select the booking you want to change, and follow the prompts. Please note that cancellation policies vary by vendor and are displayed before you complete your booking.

How do I contact a vendor?

After making a booking, you can message the vendor directly through our messaging system. Go to "My Bookings," select the relevant booking, and click "Message Vendor." For stalls you haven't booked yet, you can ask questions using the "Contact" button on the stall listing page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for certain bookings. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

How do I leave a review?

After your event concludes, you'll receive an email inviting you to leave a review. Alternatively, go to "My Bookings" in your account dashboard, find the completed booking, and click "Leave Review." Your honest feedback helps other users and vendors improve.
