When booking a stall through our platform, you enter into an agreement with the Vendor, not with Stallz. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating the transaction.
All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by the Vendor. Prices, descriptions, and availability of stalls are subject to change without notice.
Payment processing is handled through our secure payment system. We may charge service fees for using our platform, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy specified by each Vendor. Stallz is not responsible for processing refunds for services provided by Vendors.
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information about their stalls, services, and availability. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Stallz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stallz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
